Vablêth-cèrë Bî (/ˈedi/ /ˈcèrë/ [great (very large); enormous] [triangle]) is a subtropical Town located in the Rëfiithe Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Vablêth-cèrë Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Vablêth-cèrë Bî was founded by Dranus Èdshê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Vablêth-cèrë Bî has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Vablêth-cèrë Bî receives an average of 198 cm/y (77 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Vablêth-cèrë Bî covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 6464 m (21207 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Vablêth-cèrë Bî was founded durring the early 15th century in summer of the year 1406, by Dranus Èdshê. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Dranus Èdshê.
Vablêth-cèrë Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vablêth-cèrë Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Vablêth-cèrë Bî is buildings are arranged arround a single broad split-log ties mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's brittle defences are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Vablêth-cèrë Bî has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Vablêth-cèrë Bî ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up.

Vablêth-cèrë Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Vablêth-cèrë Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Vablêth-cèrë Bî was attacked by savage lizardfolks living nearby. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Vablêth-cèrë Bî lost 281 people, 160 livestock, and 37 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 172, when members of Vablêth-cèrë Bî's militia enacted an operation to recruit a particular elites group. The operation was complicated by a natural disaster interrupted the operation, shattering unit cohesion. The conflict ended with the defense of the strategic location against a siege, which ended in a stalemate for Vablêth-cèrë Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Vablêth-cèrë Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
